Setmore Booking Website Design Process

Our Setmore Booking Website Design service focuses on creating a visually appealing, user-friendly landing page that reflects your brand and streamlines client bookings. Please note: this service covers design and setup only — payment gateway setup, subscription plans, or advanced integrations are not included.

1. Choose Your Options & Checkout

Select this service, add it to your cart, and complete payment to secure your project in our design queue. You can choose from:

• Full Setmore Landing Page Design + Setup: We handle both the design and the setup directly in your Setmore account. Setmore Account will be created and you will be provided with login access after completion.

• Setmore Landing Page Revamp: For clients who already have a Setmore landing page and want a redesign. Login access is required.

Account Creation for New Users: If you are a new Setmore client, Khai Designsz will create your account using the email you provide. Once the design and setup are complete and approved, login credentials will be sent to you.

2. We’ll Reach Out for Project Details

After payment is confirmed, our team will contact you via email to gather all necessary information, including:

• Business name, logo, and brand colors

• Text content and descriptions for your services

• Service images, team photos, and gallery content

• Client reviews/testimonials

• Address and contact information

• Calendar booking and availability details (days, times, appointment durations, etc.)

• Any style preferences or inspiration

3. Landing Page Design & Setup

Once we have your details, our team will begin designing your Setmore landing page. This includes:

• Services Section listing all offered services with descriptions and images

• Team Section with staff or practitioner profiles

• Gallery Section showcasing images of your services

• Reviews Section displaying client testimonials

• Address & Contact Section with location details and directions

• Calendar Booking Section reflecting the provided availability and appointment setup

• Mobile and desktop optimization for seamless viewing

Turnaround Time

• Estimated design completion: 7–10 business days, depending on project size.

• A preview link will be shared during the design stage for feedback and revisions.

4. Review & Revisions

You’ll receive up to 3 free revisions to request design changes. Any revisions beyond this will incur a fee of $50 per revision.

5. Final Delivery & Access

Once the final design is approved, your Setmore landing page will be completed and fully accessible. You will receive login credentials and instructions for managing your services, appointments, and updates.

• All Setmore landing page design purchases are non-refundable once payment is made, as work begins immediately after your order is confirmed.
