Graphics by Khai (GK) is committed to delivering professional creative services and digital products to clients worldwide. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds, returns, and service adjustments. By purchasing any service or digital product from Graphics by Khai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.


1. Strict No Refund Policy

Graphics by Khai (GK) maintains a strict no-refund policy.

Due to the intangible, custom, and creative nature of the services and digital products offered, all payments made to Graphics by Khai are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction after project initiation

  • Failure to review service descriptions prior to purchase

  • Delays caused by client response time

  • Miscommunication resulting from incomplete client instructions

  • Business, personal, or financial circumstances of the client

By completing a payment transaction, the client acknowledges that they waive any right to request a refund or chargeback.


2. No Returns

Graphics by Khai provides digital services and digital products, which by nature cannot be physically returned.

For this reason, returns are not applicable for any of the following, including but not limited to:

  • Graphic design services

  • Logo design and brand identity packages

  • Marketing materials and promotional graphics

  • Motion graphics and video design

  • Website design and digital development services

  • Brand consultations and marketing strategy services

  • Digital templates, downloads, or digital design assets

  • Any customized creative work or design files

Once work has begun or files have been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and non-returnable.


3. Revision Policy (Dispute Resolution)

To ensure client satisfaction and maintain professional service standards, Graphics by Khai provides up to three (3) complimentary revisions for most design services.

Revisions are intended to allow reasonable adjustments such as:

  • Minor design edits

  • Color adjustments

  • Text corrections

  • Layout modifications

Revisions do not include complete redesigns, concept changes, or entirely new project directions.

If additional revisions are requested beyond the three complimentary revisions, they may be completed at an additional service fee determined by Graphics by Khai.

The revision policy is provided as the primary method for resolving design concerns or disputes, rather than refunds.


4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, clear instructions, and timely feedback throughout the design process.

Delays in communication, incomplete project details, or changes in project scope may result in:

  • Project delays

  • Additional revision fees

  • Additional service charges

Graphics by Khai will not be held responsible for project outcomes affected by insufficient client communication or inaccurate information provided by the client.


5. Limitation of Liability

Graphics by Khai (GK) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from the use of our services or digital products.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Loss of business revenue

  • Loss of business opportunities

  • Brand performance outcomes

  • Marketing campaign results

  • Technical issues related to third-party platforms

  • Website hosting, plugins, or external integrations

  • Client misuse of delivered files or designs

All services are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific business or financial outcomes.


6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients who initiate unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks after agreeing to this policy may face the following actions:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Suspension of project files and deliverables

  • Permanent restriction from future services

  • Legal review and dispute resolution procedures where applicable

Graphics by Khai reserves the right to provide documented proof of services rendered to financial institutions during chargeback investigations.


7. International Operations

Graphics by Khai (GK) operates internationally, serving clients across multiple countries. However, the company is owned, managed, and legally based in Jamaica.

All services, policies, and business operations are governed and protected under the laws of Jamaica.

By purchasing from Graphics by Khai, clients acknowledge that any legal matters, disputes, or claims shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jamaican law.


8. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing any service, consultation, or digital product from Graphics by Khai (GK), the client confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood this Return & Refund Policy

  • Agree to the strict no-refund and no-return terms

  • Accept the revision policy as the method for resolving concerns

  • Understand that Graphics by Khai is not liable for business outcomes or damages
