Shipping & Delivery Policy

Graphics by Khai (GK)

Graphics by Khai (GK) provides digital creative services and digital products. Because of the nature of these services, all completed work and deliverables are distributed electronically. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how projects are delivered and outlines the responsibilities of clients when receiving digital files.

Digital Delivery Only
All projects, files, and digital products from Graphics by Khai are delivered strictly via email. Physical shipping is not available, as the services and products provided are intangible and digital in nature. Once a project has been completed or finalized, the files will be sent to the email address provided by the client at the time of booking or purchase.

Because our services are digital, physical delivery, courier shipping, or in-person shipment of products is not possible.

Client Email Responsibility
Every client is required to provide a valid, active, and accessible email address when booking a service or completing payment. This email address will be the official delivery contact for all project communications and final deliverables.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that:

• The email address submitted during booking is accurate and active

• Their inbox has sufficient storage space to receive files

• Spam or junk folders are checked if an email delivery is delayed

Graphics by Khai is not responsible for undelivered emails resulting from incorrect email addresses provided by the client. If a client submits an incorrect email address or fails to provide an active email contact, Graphics by Khai cannot guarantee successful delivery of files.

Any additional administrative time required to resend files due to incorrect client information may result in additional service fees.

Address Requirement for Payment Processing
During the booking or checkout process, clients may be required to provide a billing address. This requirement exists solely for payment processing, verification, and transaction security purposes.

The address collected during checkout will not be used for physical shipping or delivery, as all Graphics by Khai services and products are delivered digitally.

Providing accurate billing information is mandatory in order to complete payment transactions.

Delivery Timeframes
Project timelines vary depending on the service purchased and the scope of work involved. Clients will typically receive their completed project files within the agreed timeframe communicated during the project process.

Once a project is completed and approved, final files will be sent via email to the client’s registered email address.

Clients are responsible for reviewing delivered files upon receipt.

Rush Orders & Priority Processing
Standard project timelines apply unless a client specifically requests rush service. Rush orders may be available for projects requiring completion within 1–2 business days, depending on availability and project complexity.

Rush orders may include additional service or expedited processing charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

These charges may appear as priority processing or expedited delivery fees during checkout or invoicing.

Limitation of Delivery Liability
Graphics by Khai will make reasonable efforts to ensure that digital files are delivered successfully via email. However, Graphics by Khai cannot be held liable for email delivery failures caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect email addresses provided by the client

• Email provider restrictions or spam filters

• Full inboxes or inactive email accounts

• Technical issues with the client’s email provider

Once files have been successfully sent to the email address provided by the client, the delivery obligation of Graphics by Khai is considered fulfilled.

Policy Agreement
By purchasing any service or digital product from Graphics by Khai (GK), clients acknowledge that they understand and agree to this Shipping & Delivery Policy. Clients confirm that they will provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address and billing details required for payment verification.
