Cancellation policy

By purchasing any service, package, digital product, design service, booking, consultation, or custom creative work from Graphics by Khai, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:

No Cancellations

All purchases made through Graphics by Khai are final. Once an order, booking, or payment has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled by the client for any reason.

No Refunds

Graphics by Khai operates a strict no-refund policy. Due to the nature of digital services, creative work, consultations, and the allocation of production time, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued after payment has been received.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing all service details, package inclusions, pricing, timelines, and requirements before completing a purchase. By proceeding with payment, the client confirms that they understand and accept the selected service and all associated terms.

Project Commencement

Work may begin immediately after payment is received. Once project preparation, scheduling, research, strategy, design, consultation, communication, or production activities have commenced, the order remains non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Failure to Provide Required Information

If a client fails to provide requested content, materials, approvals, feedback, or other required information within the project timeframe, the purchase remains valid and non-refundable. Delays caused by the client do not constitute grounds for cancellation or reimbursement.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, clients agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, disputes, or claims through their financial institution, payment processor, or payment provider for services that have been purchased, scheduled, delivered, partially completed, or made available. Graphics by Khai reserves the right to provide all relevant records, communications, agreements, invoices, and project documentation in response to any dispute.

Limitation of Liability

Clients agree that Graphics by Khai, its owners, representatives, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, business, financial, or personal losses arising from the purchase, use, cancellation, delay, or delivery of any service or product.

Acceptance of Policy

By making a purchase, booking a service, submitting payment, or using the Graphics by Khai website, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy in its entirety. All sales are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
